All fittings are manufactured to order based on the size, connection and configuration selected by the customer. Because each item requires dedicated materials, fabrication, welding and finishing, change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted.

At our discretion, an exception may be made for commonly ordered fittings that can readily be resold. Please contact us before returning anything, as all discretionary returns must be agreed in advance.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

  • UK delivery: Β£80 via DPD, dispatched in two parcels of approximately 20 kg each (40 kg total). Supplied in sections for assembly.
