SMS to RJT Adaptor

Connect SMS and RJT hygienic pipework with a stainless steel adaptor made to your selected sizes and connection types.

Choose the reducer type, then the size and male/female connection at each end. Female ends include a liner and nut.

Sizes and configurations

• SMS and RJT sizes: 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3" and 4".
• Connections: SMS Male or Female to RJT Male or Female.
• Straight: Equal nominal sizes, joined using 50mm of hygienic tube. This is the tube length, not the overall fitting length.
• Concentric: Different sizes with the connections on a common centreline.
• Eccentric: Different sizes with an offset reducer.

SMS and RJT use separate union standards. Select the connection type that matches your existing pipework at each end.

Materials and manufacture

• 316L stainless steel weld components and hygienic tube, with 304 stainless steel nuts.
• SMS male ends include a black EPDM joint ring. RJT male ends include a black nitrile joint ring.
• Female ends use an SMS weld liner or RJT pressed liner with the matching nut.
• TIG-welded and fabricated in-house in the United Kingdom, then cleaned and polished.
• Made to order. Approximate lead time: 5–7 working days.

Some reductions may use two reducer sections. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific overall length, seal material or custom configuration.
